Lego Star Wars minfigs have become incredibly popular after the first series of Lego released the 1999th Lego covers the entire series of Star Wars movies, from the orginal Star Wars movie, released in 1977 to the latest Lego Star Wars movie releases.

The orginal Star Wars Lego sets that were released were built around Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
